Sales Consultant / Sales Representative – In-Home

HOW MUCH WILL YOU EARN?

$50K base salary PLUS commissions – all current full Sales Consultants earn in excess of $100K. Highly successful sales people could realistically earn in excess of $200K, as the company has an uncapped earning structure plus a monthly bonus and rewards scheme. You can also expect unrivalled marketing support & career prospects as we expand throughout Victoria.

WHAT IS THE POSITION?

You will be selling high quality, revolutionary uPVC double glazed windows and doors to be installed in private homes.

Previous sales experience is not essential as full training in our sales processes and product range will be given, providing you with the perfect platform for a long and successful sales career. However, both previous direct sales experience and a candidate with the the right attitude, dedication and motivation will looked at favourably.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE?

You will need your own reliable car, a mobile phone with internet/data capability, the ability to service appointments in clients’ homes, be extremely reliable and able to work five days out of a Monday to Saturday week. This is a sales position that requires personality, self-discipline and good organisational skills, as you’ll be working independently and only required to attend the head office once a week. If you are willing to listen and learn, plus have a strong work ethic, this is your opportunity to really earn fantastic money, whilst being secure in the knowledge that you will be given the full support of a stable organisation that values and rewards hard work.
